The tenant shall be responsible for the gross electricity charges less 100% of the Queensland Solar Scheme Rebate shown on Ergon electricity account for that period only. All debit accounts and service fees are the responsibility of the tenant. The Agent shall invoice the tenant upon receipt of the Ergon electricity account. The tenant will have 30 days to pay the invoice to the Agent.
